HOW TO PREPARE

Soak approximately 1/4 cup of raw buckwheat groats, 1 Tbs. chia seeds, 1/4 cup of pumpkin (or almond, black sesame, sunflower, etc.) in water overnight.  In morning, pour off soak water and put seeds in a blender with a handful of dried fruit (e.g., goji berries) or a banana.  Add in some spices (e.g., cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, ginger, etc.) and enough water to get good blending action.  Blend this seed sauce until smooth.

Now cut up a half a cucumber and maybe a granny smith apple (any low glycemic fruit will do) and place in a bowl.  Next, pour the seed sauce in the blender into the bowl with the cut up cuke and fruit.  Finally, mix in copious quantities of Bee pollen and Spirulina, along with other superfoods and adaptogens.  Mesquite powder, carob powder and Lucuma powder all go great in this mixture, as they add great taste (a little sweetness) and quality nutrition.

Note: try to use different seeds/nuts every morning to vary your nutrition.
