WHAT YOU NEED

  • 4 small to medium carrots, grated
  • 2/3 cup soaked sunflower seeds
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 3 Tbs. lemon juice
  • Celtic salt to taste (1 to 2 tsp.)
  • 1 Tbs. cumin
  • 1” to 2” chunk of fresh ginger, diced fine
  • 1 zucchini, grated

 

HOW TO PREPARE

Blend all ingredients, except zucchini, until smooth.  Mix in zucchini by hand.  Garnish with dulse flakes.  Makes 8 cups.  Maybe cut recipe in half unless you are really hungry.
