WHAT YOU NEED

  • 2-3 bunches of fresh parsley
  • 4 cloves of fresh garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea Salt

KITCHEN TOOLS

  • Food processor
  • Garlic press

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Wash parsley thoroughly and add to your food processor
  • Peel and press garlic cloves. Add garlic to parsley in the food processor
  • Add enough olive oil to the parsley so that the processor begins blending. Add more olive oil as needed to blend ingredients together thoroughly
  • Add sea salt to taste
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator
