WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 medium to large zucchini
  • ½ cup soaked flax
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbs. shoyu
  • ½ to ¾ cup water

 HOW TO PREPARE

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
