WHAT YOU NEED

  • 2 cups sprouted buckwheat groats (or 1 1/3 cups soaked buckwheat)
  • 15 pitted honey dates
  • 1 tsp. fennel powder
  • ¼ tsp. cardamom

HOW TO PREPARE

Place ingredients in a food processor with S-blade and blend until smooth, adding water to desired consistency.  Serve warm or unheated – absolutely delicious and hearty.
