WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons high-quality, grass-fed gelatin
  • 1 medium-large apple
  • 3 cups spiced apple cider (100% juice)
  • Cinnamon to taste

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Chop the apple into small pieces and put 1/2 cup water on the stove top to begin heating
  • Mix 1/2 cup cold water with 2 tablespoons of gelatin. It should thicken
  • Add 1/2 cup of boiling water. Stir to dissolve.
  • Add 3 cups of spiced apple cider
  • Add chopped apples
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste
  • Place in refrigerator until it gels
  • Serve with cinnamon cashew cream (see recipe)
