How do I refill my prescriptions?

To get a refill of your prescription medications, please call your pharmacy SEVEN DAYS ahead of when you run out.  This allows enough time for them to fax us, for us to return the fax and for them to fill the prescription.


If you forget to plan ahead please contact Kim directly ( for your refill. Pam and Sandy do not manage prescription refills and emailing them will only slow down your request. Also, please place supplement orders and prescription refills separately. They are managed by two different team members.

How do I refill my supplements?

To get a refill of your supplements, please email us your request to using the template below. Please allow 48 HOURS between the time you order and the time you are requesting pick-up. This helps ensure your order will be ready when you arrive.


Subject: Supplement order for pick-up

Body of the message:
  1. Brand name, Name of the Supplement,  Number of pills in the bottle (i.e. Designs for Health, N-Acetyl Cysteine, 90 tabs)
  2. Payment Preference (i.e. “Bill my credit card on file” or “I will drop a check under the door when I come to pick up my supplements”) *All supplement payments are due upon receipt*
  3. Indicate when you are picking them up (i.e. “I will be by on Wednesday to pick them up”)


We will put your supplements in the basket to the left of the patient window and under the magazine rack.

Can I return my supplements?

If your supplements are unopened and returned within 30 days of receipt, you can return them for an in-house credit (not a refund). We  recommend that patients with Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (allergies to many things including supplements) purchase their supplements from Super Supplements where they can return products after opening.

Why do you recommend that we buy our supplements from you?

Research has shown that often times when supplements are laboratory tested for ingredients and potency, the product’s contents differ from what is on the label. Further, there are fillers present in some supplements that can contain toxins and antigenic compounds.  Our products are third party tested for purity and potency and maintain laboratory standards congruent with pharmaceutical companies.


If our treatment plan is not working and you are not using our products, it is hard for us to know if the quality and potency of the supplements is the cause.  We used to recommend that patients shop around for the product with the lowest price, however, we have seen too much wasted time and money on ineffective supplements to recommend this.  We do our research so that you don’t have to. Our products are excellent quality and produce superlative results.
