Doctor Evan, as he is affectionately known, is one of the nation’s leaders and authorities on Chronic Fatigue.
He suffered from chronic fatigue for 5 years until he achieved resolution using the protocols he pioneered in his medical practice.
He has helped over a thousand people resolve their Chronic Fatigue and is now on a mission to help 100,000 more people through training of providers and creating online content including web articles, videos, and online courses.
He has lectured nationally and internationally on topics in Integrative and Functional Medicine and is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Integrative Medicine.
When he’s not at the office, you can find him singing barbershop, listening to musical theater, playing basketball, traveling, dancing hip-hop, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Evan’s focus is on Fatigue and Autoimmune Disorders.
Allison has been in patient care since 2005 when she began practicing nutritional therapy and providing holistic nutritional counseling in a family medicine setting in Olympia, Washington. She received her certificate in Nutritional Therapy through NTA in Olympia, WA then received a master’s degree in medical sciences in Physician Assistant studies at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.
She is a licensed primary care physician assistant, trained in family medicine and women’s health. Areas of particular professional interest and expertise include detoxification, digestion and functional endocrinology including adrenal, thyroid and blood sugar disorders. She believes in helping to empower patients to take an active role on their roads to wellness through integrative medicine, encouragement and appreciation for each person’s unique process.
When not in the clinic, Allison enjoys spending time with her family, yoga and hiking, gardening, playing outside and enjoying good food.
Angie Thompson, ARNP and her family recently moved to Olympia from Utah, where she worked as a Nurse Practitioner in an OB/GYN clinic for the past 13 years while also experiencing the Joys of Motherhood. She has worked for Planned Parenthood of Utah and as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner as well.
Angie is a nationally certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Women’s Health Care. She earned an undergraduate degree from Utah State University in biology/microbiology in 1998 and undergraduate/graduate degrees in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002.
Her professional interests include: preventive screening and health maintenance, gynecologic and menstrual (bleeding) concerns, contraception, vulvar/sexual pain syndromes, lesbian health care, life transitions, chronic pain, depression/anxiety, breast concerns, cancer survivorship, infection management, fertility/preconception, and postpartum concerns.
Angie and her husband, Matthew, have two young children and an old dog. They all love to travel, eat good food with family and friends, and have thoroughly enjoyed exploring their new home in the Northwest.

We offer a Direct Payment Model. This means that we do not bill insurance*, you pay us directly. We do this so your care is not limited by the coverage you have and you do not need to worry about copay, coinsurance, or having to meet a deductible.
*We are required to bill insurance for the office visits of patients with Medicare. For more information about what is/isn’t covered for Medicare patients, please click on the Medicare Option below.
We are required to see all patients in person for their first visit to establish care and one time per year afterwards to continue care. If you live outside of Olympia, WA, you will need to make arrangements to visit our office for your first appointment.

The Concierge PREMIUM Program is for you if you want to invest, and commit, to getting better as fast as possible. This is the highest level of care that we offer. This inclusive care package is for you if you don’t want to worry about budgeting for the additional costs of supplements and therapies required to reach your health goals. It includes the cost of supplements recommended by your provider and prescribed therapies.

The only costs not included in the Premium Program is the cost of lab work and prescriptions. Depending on the type of insurance you have, they may cover the cost of labs and prescriptions (in part, or in full).
This is the only option available to those with Medicare at this time.
The Concierge Premium Program for Medicare is for you if you’re interested in getting the highest level of access to your provider and don’t want to worry about extra costs associated with your treatment program. This is an inclusive care package for you to get better as fast as possible. Your investment covers the cost of all supplements recommended by your provider and all prescribed therapies.
If you have Medicare coverage, you will be responsible for any costs associated with your insurance for each visit. Everyone’s coverage is different. Depending on your coverage, you may be responsible for paying for coinsurance, copay, or deductible at the time of your appointment. Please check with your insurance company to see if you will need to pay for any of the fees mentioned above.
