Great exercise in 4 minutes!

If you’re like me, you probably don’t have enough time to exercise. My
wife’s trainer, Chase (Chasefit.com), taught us how to do interval
training with burpees in only 4 minutes. This exercise dilates blood
vessels, lowers blood pressure, regulates blood sugar, improves
strength, mood and function. Here’s how you do it:

1. Download an app to your smartphone that allows you to do interval training.
2. Set it up for 20 seconds of activity and 10 seconds of rest for 8
rounds (4 minutes).
3. Press Start and begin doing burpees (see this video on how to do a

When you first start out, be sure to work up to the full 8 rounds and
consult your physician prior to intense exercise if you have any heart
conditions.
